Parent of Toddler :
"The playground at Down Lane compares very badly to others, which often have sand pits, climbing frames suitable for toddlers etc, sometimes a fenced in area for smaller children. The swings are mostly chewed by dogs and often hanging so wonkily you can't use them, and the rubberised surface below not flush with the ground so perfect for tripping up small children. The little pagoda type frame and slide nearby are quite graffitied too."
PS Parents and child have since left to go to an area with better facilities and opportunities for children. |
